-Stress was escalating, BUT only when you think the universe is throwing every bit and piece of “injustice” at you, that everything turns upside done..I won’t say perfectly. Because when الله سبحانه وتعالي wills..it’s beyond everything you  have ever imagined.

-While on the way back from a family official meeting in Abu Dhabi, I got a call from England. Any bad news is dreadful news to someone who lost the tolerance to “surprises”.. I spent the whole night trying to find bookings to LGW or LHR..even though I did not need to stay up, obviously me being ME . I couldn’t sleep.

-By now I am an expert in express packing, delegating a backup person at work to my boss (yes me to boss , not the other way around! Lol) and in flight –slide your seat-get some sleep before you hit the ground running again.

-I thank Allah for the people that I was destined to meet! Such genuinely enchanting souls. People who help and check on me because that is the standard they raised to live by, not because they are interested in anything that I might give in return. Extremely grateful. Again, I might have hated being secluded from the extended family my dad had ever since I was a child..now more than ever I am convinced that when a person wants to be involved in anyone’s life, they’ll make sure that person is fully aware.

People will fear and respect who you are for as long as your power maintains a halo that will affect them. the moment you fall or die for that matter…it all goes down with your fall. betrayers actions will creep in from the oddest walks of life..and they will all unite, why ? for the love of money ..

On tiny(er) notes, my wrist injury is still affecting my hand. still hurts like hell at times…and even here instead of praying for me you’d go like “  you wear a splint because you seek attention” oh if only you know how painful it feels and how embarrassing it is to respond to the same question 10 times a day. .

& I am still one piece inside out…& I still care…I will keep treating you the way I expect you to treat me, my friends.

August: stirring creativity and inspiration between Wings A/W Photoshoot and debut at Tea Before Noon Fashion show. Then comes Ramadan <3 my favorite season of the year with all the rituals from gorgeous traditional dresses, to food recipes’ experiments and sharing and ending at the best and the main part – as in- prayers & quran reading. This year i have been blessed to have got the chance to fly to Makka for Umrah <3. That is just a whole different story…yes i couldn’t stop whining about the crowd and heat but What The Hell right?! i was THERE! i got to do all that I hoped for. Breaking fast with the whole crowd at  masjid al haram brought a new perspective to my life..its indescribable..If you really want to enjoy this experience , you need to leave everything you are behind you and only remember that you are a muslim being on a religious expedition..you are not the princess, not the sheikh,not the billionaire nor the CEO ..we are all equal.

September: last days of Ramadan, my daily schedule was to adjust my sleeping pattern to fit with Qiyam Al Lail & Work. and el7mdllah it went really well…and the 10 days passed وودعنا الضيف الغالي. Eid this year was rather quite..spent it at home -for most of the time- remembering Eid back in the days of dad ..

currently:I can’t get over these shoes <3 and so far NO BODY thinks they are a “good idea” ;p

i have a weakness which tops all my other: i can’t let go of the past, it haunts me..
this is keeping me trapped in another time zone, i can’t progress and will not until i decide to let go.. i know my issue and i know how to overcome it[PERIOD]

A few months back, this new person joins at work who seems to be interesting to everyone, everyone but me..especially that I do not have the habit of CC TV’ing people…nothing is wrong..its just that everytime we accidently had eye contact “you looked surprisingly familiar!!!”   & then you act in a certain “weird” way,,a way which very much reminds me of somene.. AND suddenly a week ago my mind gathered “an answer”
